Decide on a no-wrench run early

No Manual Repairs requires not obtaining the wrench, not merely avoiding its use. Do not take the initial spare-parts pile or buy the wrench from Sonnet/Reaper.

You can learn routes and fights on a normal run first and leave this for another run. Finish all-items-purchased achievements after completing the no-wrench main game.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions (FAQ)

Q1 Does simply clearing the normal game give 100%? ▼
A

Power Cells, chips, fragments, coolants, sockets, stations, and map exploration remain separate tasks. Old Arcadia's connections also affect the map.

Q2 I saw 48 achievements rather than 40 ▼
A

Steam has 40. The 8 update additions appear under achievements in the game's settings, so do not add them to Steam's total.
