The final location is Last Bunker. Complete the previous 4 locations before returning, then check returned spare parts and the final conversation.

Poems and a family reunion

Lune is above and right of the ruins station, in a room reached through a ceiling-side ball route. Poems cost 50 each, with sources disagreeing between 10/15 poems. Prepare 750 and keep checking until you hear every poem.

For the family reunion, complete Rondel's 4 upgrades using 12 Capsule Fragments, then return to Lune. Buying only poems does not meet the health prerequisite.

Visiting the tombs and reading every message

Teleport into Catacombs from left of Reaper on the surface. You can also check the route after Factory's digging NPC, but sources disagree on its timing, so the surface entrance is recommended here.

Entering, reading every gravestone, and obtaining Power Processor with both skulls are 3 separate tasks.

Coverage and unverified points

Added 32 progression/revisit stages, main collection tables, and 29 normal-layout lore reading points with entrance requirements. Lore 28's location, L24's regional landmark, all display differences, every passage/wall across 339 cells, enemy HP/attack frames, and lore text are not included.
Sources disagree on Quatern's chip/fragment reward thresholds, Lune's poem count, and the older area text's red-skull price. No fixed thresholds are asserted: finish dialogue after all 24 Power Cells, hear every poem, and use the dedicated shop price of 750 for the skull.
Separates 40 normal achievements from 8 additions and checks the 2 added stations in normal mode too. Added Corrupt's 16 relocations/23 temporary health points, spare-parts uses without merchants, a PC record's saving cost of 100, and Atom's 3 phases.
