The Pedestrian Achievement Guide: All 10 Unlock Locations and Rooftop Missables

Steam's 10 requirements are separate from hats. Skipping the rooftop left-box branch with a shortcut can leave an achievement locked, so follow the normal route.
Unlock locations for all 10 achievements
Steam achievements have fixed sentence-style names. Room numbers differ by source, so object and branch landmarks are included too.

Do not skip the left box
The rooftop coil branch requires taking 2 boxes through left/right doors. Using only one box as a step to reach the lift can bypass the left-box room and leave They lied about the cake. locked.
For the achievement, follow the yellow note's requirement and enter the left-box door too. If still missing, retry from rooftop chapter selection. Collecting every hat or never dying is not a substitute requirement.
