Read the connected color pairs on the back of the egg and match them to the front's lines. Use line shapes and connections as clues, rather than searching only for the same color sequence.

Move the four magnifying lenses sideways to form an unbroken image matching the key below. Check overlapping sections between adjacent lenses to remove gaps.

Obtaining the secret diary and confronting its owner to open it are separate actions.

Moving a hand affects other clocks. From the initial layout, set the upper-left to 3 o'clock and lower-right to 6 o'clock to align the middle two as well.

1. Move the upper-left hand to 3 o'clock.
2. Move the lower-right hand to 6 o'clock.
3. Check the remaining clocks' target displays, then take the small lens.

Do not add moves intended for the initial layout unchanged to an already altered state.

Arrange offspring combining both parents' colors and expressions on the branch below. Color combinations include yellow and blue making green, green and white making light green, and red and green making brown.

Check inherited facial features such as eyes and mouths as well as colors. When finished, take the crumpled paper inside.

Move the four circles' symbols into the golden ring above. Overlap them into two pairs so the corresponding buttons move them upward together.

One PC/initial-layout example is button 3 twice and button 4 four times. PlayStation guides report different starting positions, so this is not treated as a fixed sequence for every version.

1. Check which symbols each button moves.
2. Overlap the symbols into two pairs and use the corresponding buttons to align them at the top.

Poppy's and Fitz's doors form one pair. Move one side to read the hidden sun/moon positions, then copy them to the other. You cannot solve a door by looking only at its own arrangement.

1. Open Poppy's lid, move the moon pieces aside, and record the sun positions.
2. On Fitz's side, move the sun pieces aside and record the moon positions.
3. Align Fitz's suns with Poppy's marks, and Poppy's moons with Fitz's marks.
4. Solve both sides before going out into the rooftop garden.

Even if one side is solved, the passage is incomplete while the other remains closed.

Record four sounds after obtaining the crab toy in the garden. Do not assume hearing a sound before obtaining the toy has already registered its pattern.

1. Match the toy's four patterns to the statue's sections.
2. Open the statue. Underground access separately requires 32 pieces of evidence, eight suspicions, and two conversations with Sally.
3. Finish missable achievements before entering.

Connect the drawer patterns into an unbroken path from key to lock. Rather than following only one line, check in turn whether the path connects to another drawer's edge.

1. Extend possible paths one at a time from the key-side endpoint.
2. Keep combinations whose lines continue across drawers horizontally or vertically.
3. Complete the path to the lock and obtain Secret Research.

Final extension values for the nine drawers are not listed as universal across platforms. This solution checks the path on the actual mechanism.

Open Soulbearer in the children's book obtained on the lowest level and match its arm and claw positions to the study crab. This is separate from the garden toy that records sounds.

When the crossbow appears, examine it and use Sally's conversation to combine its missing upper, lower, and front components.
