1. Assign a commander to investigate before finishing the normal scenario containing the entrance. Do not judge hidden items or entrances using mercenaries alone.
2. Prioritize turn limits and escorting, and keep a normal save before detouring. Secret-stage strength is not required for normal progression.
3. Count the following movement from the edge tile. Do not count screen margins or substitute another platform's coordinates.

Entrance in shared Chapter 6

1. In “Holy Land Reitel,” examine the tile 2 right and 6 down from the map's upper-left corner tile.
2. Confirm the entrance event before finishing the normal scenario. Next is “Muscle Temple” / ID71.
3. This demanding detour requires strong units, so keep data for continuing normal progression too. It is not a stage that must be cleared on the first visit to proceed.

Entrance in Light Chapter 8

1. In “Bridge Across the Sky,” examine the position 11 left and 17 down from the upper-right corner tile.
2. Confirm the entrance is found and complete the normal victory objective within the turn limit too.
3. The secret stage is “Go with the Quiz!” / ID72. Despite sharing Chapter 8, its content differs from the Imperial secret stage.

Entrance in Imperial Chapter 8

1. In “Go Ahead” / ID37, also examine 11 left and 17 down from the upper-right edge.
2. Complete the entrance event and normal-scenario victory. Next is “A Familiar Bunch” / ID73.
3. Do not apply Light's quiz answers and rewards unchanged to this secret stage.
