Collection checks before the final battle
- 8 emblems are optional pickups removing magic GEM costs. Distinguish them from the mandatory three sacred items and revisit earlier towns if desired.
- Save before using the Activation Key and before entering the final temple; check herbs, GEM, and equipment.
- Even when prioritizing story completion, do not omit the Red-Hot Mirror/Rod/Ball or God Bird.
