Check BP Before Equipping

Badges that do not work merely by being owned must be equipped in the menu. Keep total BP within the limit, and for badges adding moves, check their FP costs in use, too. Distinguish Mario badges from partner versions ending in P.

Steps for Choosing a Build

Classify the problem as insufficient damage, insufficient healing, or inconvenient switching.
Equip badges matching your usual attacks and targets. Do not stack only Mario upgrades when using partner moves.
Practice new moves' Action Commands in normal battles before bringing them to bosses.
Low-HP builds leave little margin for hits, so prioritize healing until you understand their workings.
