Read the building description before placing, rather than considering only the piece's shape. The same forest or plain can produce different results depending on neighboring buildings.
Consider Terrain Together with the Buildings That Use It
Building conditions and ranges determine production from forests, plains, rivers, and other terrain. Distinguish adjacency, the same column, and other target ranges. Check each card's conditions.

Match Regional Terrain to Your Buildings
After choosing terrain-dependent buildings, examine the terrain on the map too. If production stops, check whether the region contains the required terrain before upgrading cards. Even an upgraded card cannot work without meeting its conditions.
- Read the terrain information displayed before selecting a region.
- Compare terrain used by your main military and production buildings.
- Compare resources available with the next upgrade costs you want to pay.
Undo Reverses Only the Last Piece
Added in 1.2, Undo restores the board to before the last piece was locked. It does not rewind multiple moves. If you notice a mistaken input or overlooked activation range, check before advancing the next piece.
Undo is a free feature for all modes and difficulties, but follow the current in-game display.
