Repair Anzes's keepsake armor

Use the Important Key from Sectas to open the chest in Anzes's house. Collect the letter and broken armor.
Take them to the item shop before the desert, enter through the chimney and speak to the owner. Receive the repaired Steel Armor.

Sources use variant armor names. Defense values and prices for all armor are withheld until they agree across separate sources.
