Check summit, feathers, fish and sprouts separately from optional photos and hats. Do not add the PlayStation platinum to Steam's 12.
All 12 Steam conditions
Actions refer to the normally updated edition. Distinguish items needing only collection from those requiring delivery, eating or sleeping too.

| Feather Finder | Golden feathers | Collect ten golden feathers. |
| Feathers Forever | Every feather | Collect all 20 golden and two silver feathers. |
| Green Thumb | Every sprout | Water 27 locations to grow flowers. |
| The Fish Are Biting Today | Fish journal | Deliver 14 ordinary species to the captain. Catching fish alone does not count as submission. |
| Parkour Master | Avery's races | Win all three races: lighthouse, abandoned building and summit. |
| Not A Scratch | Repaired boat | Finish the northern race in under 45 seconds. Repair the initial breakdown first. |
| Remember This Day Forever | Beachstickball hat | At the northwestern court, score 30 in total without dropping the ball. The opponent's returns count too. |
| Photo Friends | Summit fox | Talk to the fox below after your ascent → lend feathers → meet at the summit for a photo. |
| Crispy | Center's toast | Receive it from Jon at 17:00 local time and eat it from inventory. No clock change is required. |
| Only You Can Prevent Campfires | Extinguish fires four times | Get the bucket at the pond above Meteor Lake → fill with water → use on campfires. Extinguish four locations. This does not mean the island has only four fires. |
| The End | Return home | Talk to Aunt May after the ascent, sleep at home and finish the credits. |
Treasure maps and rare fish are separate optional goals
Four treasure maps and rare fish are included as main-game detours. No requirement to collect every coin or open every chest is added to the 12 Steam conditions.
Count the same sellers' two/four golden feathers, 27 watered sprouts and four extinguished fires separately. No completion rate for all rare sizes is provided.
