Organizes 21 Steam requirements into five main-route and 16 optional achievements. Check two hidden conditions, all 12 types, and leech-swarm handling by timing and action.
Five Main-Route Achievements
Gulper Eel, Kraken Tree, Spider Crab, and Abyss are each chapter's goliath achievements. Awakenings requires activating the large machine at the end. Do not stop at victory; continue to the machine's emblem.
14 Public Conditions in 13 Rows
Five main-route, 14 in the table, and two hidden below make 21 Steam achievements. All types match the possession article's 12 rows; distinguish same-playthrough, cumulative, and momentary conditions.

Two Hidden Conditions | Attack Your Body and Ten Leeches
Masochist requires damaging the diver with a possessed creature. In Chapter 1's starting room, bite your body once with the fanged fish to check it separately from cutting the chain.
Get Off Me! requires shaking off ten leeches at once. In Chapter 3's crowded leech room, aim your light away, swim quickly through the swarm to attach at least ten, then rapidly reverse left/right movement to shake them off. Do not disperse them with light before ten attach. Many attached leeches kill quickly, so attempt separately from a no-death run.
Killing Ten Leeches and Feeding Poison
Minced Leech and Get Off Me! are different. For the former, lure leeches into an operating factory fan, catching ten in under five seconds. Try before destroying the fan with the crab, and keep the diver out of the machine.
Toxic requires having a poisoned possessed creature eaten. Possess the forest's long, thin Ratfish, pass a poison cloud, and bring it to a carnivorous plant. Records report no unlock from only destroying main-route plants with small fish, so check with a different type.
