Prologue answer: basic route to town

On a first run, collect equipment and try hammer and magic while heading for town.

  1. Pick up Piko Hammer and Carrot Bomb in Starting Forest and complete the first Cocoa encounter.
  2. Continue to Spectral Cave and finish Ribbon's fight and conversation.
  3. Head from Starting Forest to Rabi Rabi Beach, passing the UPRPRC encounter and first Ashuri fight along the way.
  4. Travel through Rabi Rabi Ravine into Rabi Rabi Town and meet Rumi.
  5. Keep a manual save, then check the shop and next objective.

Special routes can skip Cocoa, but this example teaches early controls in sequence.

Chapter 1–4 answers: recruit totals and when to return to the stele

Each chapter requires town members to join. Once the total is met, speak to Rumi near the town stele and complete the event at the teleport destination to continue.

  1. Do not count a rematch with the same opponent as another recruit.
  2. Even with enough recruits, check whether the preceding stele event was left unfinished.
  3. Recruiting beyond the requirement is fine. Choose accessible places while also collecting items.

Current chapterRecruit total for the next chapterAction to check
Chapter 12 totalRita and Cicini are candidates. Return to the stele after recruitment
Chapter 24 totalCombine the laboratory request with recruiting in another direction
Chapter 37 totalGet movement abilities in the system interior and explore unvisited branches
Chapter 410 totalPrepare healing and a manual save before the next stele event

Adding two people each time is not sufficient throughout. Later chapters require different increases.

Laboratory answer: from sliding to Air Jump

Recruiting Cicini is an important entry point to movement upgrades on a first run. Take the town request before heading to the laboratory.

  1. Defeat Cicini in Spectral Cave and finish recruiting her to town.
  2. From Chapter 2, accept Cicini's laboratory exploration request in town and head toward Golden Riverbank as directed.
  3. Enter the laboratory and collect Sliding Powder. Use low passages and investigate through to the main computer.
  4. After completing the request, return to town and wait for the Syaro search request from Chapter 3. If it does not appear, visit a Save Stone or Recovery Zone outside town.
  5. From the laboratory computer, advance through System Interior, collect Air Jump and head for the Syaro fight.

Reaching the laboratory once does not complete the next request. Check that you reached the computer and completed the conversations after returning.

Post-ability answer: places to revisit next

You do not need to revisit the entire map after every ability. Choose a pickup destination suited to your current problem.

SlidingSpectral CaveCheck beyond narrow paths for movement options such as Wall Jump

These are collection candidates, not a promise that each ability grants unconditional access to every listed area. Advance requests and preceding fights too.

Recruitment answers: opponents not finished after one fight

If a victory does not raise the count, check for another fight or request.

Recruitment answers: opponents not finished after one fight: 5 entries
PersonAdditional checks
CocoaThe first Starting Forest fight alone does not recruit her. Also advance the first Kotri fight and seek the conversation and second fight in Forgotten Cave
AshuriAfter the Golden Riverbank rematch, accept her request in town and advance the crystal matter in Spectral Cave
SyaroComplete Cicini's laboratory exploration request and accept the additional request from Chapter 3
LilithDo not stop after the floating-island town fight. Recruit Cicini to satisfy the fairy-side condition and advance the next fight
SeanaBesides the first Natural Aquarium fight, gather related recruits and check the event west of town

Cocoa cannot join town during Chapter 6, so consider your current chapter when checking recruits.

Late Main Game answer: prepare before consecutive battles

The fourth stele event leads into Chapter 5 and the final Main Game section. On a first visit, avoid spending every healing item as though it were one isolated boss.

  1. Replenish healing in town and review badges and acquired abilities.
  2. Keep a manual save from which you can return and change preparations.
  3. Continue deeper at the teleport destination. Ribbon is unavailable against Miru, so focus on Erina's attacks such as the hammer.
  4. Continue through Noah's phases and the last fight. If healing ran out in the first fight, retain the option of preparing equipment again.
  5. After seeing the Main Game ending point, load the continuation for the base game's Post Game.

Post Game answer: Chapter 6 to the base-game ending

Post Game continues the base game without requiring DLC purchase. Recruitment conditions become stricter than Main Game, so check missing people in the town list.

  1. In Chapter 6, advance Miriam in Hall of Memories, the consecutive encounters around Forgotten Cave and Rumi's event.
  2. Keep replenishing healing while the shopkeeper changes. Do not assume the stock is unchanged.
  3. In Chapter 7, investigate farther inside System Interior.
  4. Afterward, follow Irisu from the designated point around the UPRPRC base and head for Floating Library.
  5. If blocked by the library requirement, gather the required members excluding Keke Bunny and DLC recruits. Do not judge by the displayed count alone.
  6. Advance through the library and finish Irisu's fight. You can then return to base-game rematches and collecting.

Reading the Floating Library requirement as just 22 people is misleading, so check excluded people separately. DLC recruits are not needed here.

Extra chapters are separate from this point

Additional-content entrances encountered during base-game progress are not mandatory in this chart. Is the order a DLC? adds chapters; Before Next Adventure includes additional SPECIAL fights.

  1. When watching a strategy video, check whether SPECIAL or SP appears in the boss name.
  2. If equipment unavailable in the base game is mentioned, check whether it is a DLC item first.
  3. While aiming for base-game completion, use normal encounters and base-game movement abilities as the baseline.

Distinguishing Post Game from DLC is important when searching for strategies.

Frequently asked questions

What if I cannot continue at the stele?

Check current chapter, town recruitment status and conversation with Rumi near the stele in that order. Required totals are in the collapsed chapter table.

What if I progressed without Sliding?

For the normal route, check Cicini's recruitment and laboratory request. Special ability-free routes exist, but you do not need to force one on a first playthrough.

Does the first ending finish the base game?

The base game's Post Game follows. Open the late-game answers for the continuation. Additional DLC chapters are separate.
