CloverPit Progression Guide: Phone Choices, Storage, Memory Cards and DLC
Full release available: debt and build guide · Updated 2026-10-12
After surviving a repayment deadline, use the phone to shape your next build and the features that gradually unlock. This includes light progression-system spoilers, but not the final escape actions or steps for revealing secret endings.
Choose phone options by whether they work with your current build
After a repayment deadline, the phone offers upgrades and exchanges. Rerolls require tickets. Read the target symbols, resource costs and duration instead of choosing on a large number alone.
Appearance support suits a main symbol that rarely appears; values or multipliers suit one that appears but pays little; ticket-linked builds may benefit from protecting tickets. If no option appeals, compare the cost of rerolling with the cost of passing up the current choices.
| Option direction | Suitable situation | Cost to check first |
|---|---|---|
| Make a target symbol appear more often | You already have payout or growth effects for that symbol | Whether it makes other scoring sources less likely |
| Grow a symbol's value or multiplier | You can form patterns but cannot keep up with repayments | How long the effect remains |
| Exchange coins and tickets | The resources after the exchange can solve the next problem | Loss of held resources or a linked multiplier |
| Reroll the options | The current options do not fit your build | Impact on shop purchases and ticket-linked effects |
Distinguish storage from equipment slots, and remove inactive charms from the table
The drawer unlocked with a key stores charms. Distinguish it from the equipment slots on the table. Once storage is available, organize effects you cannot currently trigger and rebuild around effects that help with the current repayment.
Check remaining table slots and charm descriptions, and choose what to replace before buying. Discarding some charms returns tickets, but not all share the same refund conditions. Do not assume drawer progression and what persists into the next run are identical either.
- Check empty table slots and effects currently activating.
- Compare the new charm with the equipped charm least suited to your build.
- If storage is available, decide whether to store or discard the old charm.
- After replacing it, check changes to symbol values, multipliers and red-button targets.
Answers to late-game drawer puzzles, final key requirements and special changes to stored items are omitted.
Treat Memory Cards as changes to starting conditions
Memory Cards obtained from Memory Packs modify the conditions selected at the start of a run. When you obtain one, reread its restrictions and benefits instead of applying ordinary repayment amounts and shopping procedures unchanged.
To try the procedures learned under ordinary conditions first, you can choose Erased Memory Card, which adds no extra conditions. When tackling a particular card, first classify whether it changes deposits, the shop or spin counts to make failures easier to diagnose.
| What changes | Check before starting | Procedure to reconsider |
|---|---|---|
| Debt and difficulty | The repayment amount shown and current difficulty | Do not apply the unmodified repayment table |
| Deposit conditions | When the ATM can be used | Do not assume you can deposit before every round |
| Shop conditions | Item count, prices and reroll rules | Restock budget and purchase order |
| Rounds or spins | Counts and what advances them | When short effects expire |
Do not apply the old "always double" Hard Mode rule
Hard Mode initially doubled repayment amounts uniformly, but update 1.3 in December 2025 changed this to progressive increases. Read the current ATM values instead of doubling an old table.
That update also made rainbow holographic Memory Cards permanent unlocks, and changed packs to target cards that had not yet reached that state. Distinguish ordinary cards you have obtained from permanently unlocked rainbow cards, and use the collection screen to choose your next goal.
If flashing effects bother you, also check the reduced-flashing setting added in the same update. You do not need to endure intense effects to continue playing.
Try Unholy Fusion surgery while preserving repayment funds and your current build
The paid Unholy Fusion DLC lets you combine multiple charms into a different charm using the Surgery Machine. If playing only the base game, do not wait for DLC fusion charms to appear in the shop.
When trying a fusion, compare not only the finished effect but also the roles of the charms consumed and the coins remaining after surgery. If you remove symbol support or conditional effects needed for current payouts, the result must fill that gap. Read actual costs and ingredients on screen; do not infer surgery spending from this page's ordinary repayment table.
- Check whether the run has DLC enabled and whether the Surgery Machine is available at your stage.
- Read the displayed ingredients, cost and finished charm's requirements.
- Check that repayment and scoring triggers remain viable after losing the ingredients.
- After completion, recheck the table build, activation method and duration.
Free update 1.4 separates leaderboards by Normal/Hard and DLC enabled/disabled. Select the same category when comparing results. Recipes for all 30 fusion charms and the DLC's final answers are not included.
