CloverPit Build Guide: Symbol Chances, Multipliers and Key Charm Combinations
Full release available: debt and build guide · Updated 2026-10-12
Making the same scoring source appear, grow and trigger again gives a build a clearer purpose than lining up unrelated strong-looking charms. Start with a combination you can explain: which symbol, which requirement and what increases.
Separate appearance chance from payout and examine the 4 payout factors
For a basic winning pattern, consider symbol value, Symbols Multiplier, pattern value and Patterns Multiplier multiplied together. Appearance chance is a separate factor determining how often you create that payout. Do not confuse effects that produce more symbols with effects that pay more when they appear.
A displayed +1 has different impact depending on what it increases. For example, raising a multiplier from 2 to 3 multiplies that factor by 1.5, while adding 1 to a value of 20 multiplies it by only 1.05. These are arithmetic comparisons, not fixed effects for a specific charm or an optimal purchase order.
| What to increase | Problem it solves | Display to check first |
|---|---|---|
| Symbol appearance chance | The desired symbol does not appear on the board | Its current percentage on the symbol board |
| Symbol value | The desired symbol wins, but pays little | That symbol's current value |
| Symbols Multiplier | You want to increase the symbol's overall scoring | Symbols Multiplier |
| Pattern value and Patterns Multiplier | You want existing winning patterns to earn more | Pattern board and Patterns Multiplier |
| Retriggers and extra spins | You want more opportunities to use developed effects | Target, activation requirements and remaining uses |
Choose your main scoring source from the effects you obtain
Starting lemons and cherries appear more often than 7s. If you collect fruit-focused effects, they make accessible early scoring sources. You do not need to keep searching only for lemons every run, however. Choose your focus from phone/shop effects and current appearance chances.
Even after stacking effects that produce the same symbol more often, insufficient earnings may mean your payout is lacking. Return to the symbol board and check whether appearance chance or value is short. A symbol aligned by Luck is not necessarily your build's main source.
- Find a symbol commonly targeted by your current charms and phone options.
- If the symbol does not appear, prioritize its appearance chance; if it wins but pays little, prioritize its value or multipliers.
- If an effect uses the red button, check whether you can activate it and when it expires.
- Watch several spins and check whether your intended patterns and charm conditions actually occur.
Compare 6 representative charms by their roles and weak points
These are representative examples for planning base-game combinations. English source names serve as reference points. This is not a ranking of every charm: choose according to whether your current build can meet its requirements.
| Charm | Effect checked | Suitable situations and caveats |
|---|---|---|
| Lemon Picture | Use the red button to increase lemon appearances during the current repayment deadline | For builds that grow lemon value. Merely holding it does not activate it; do not assume it lasts into the next deadline |
| Golden Lemon | Increases opportunities for lemons to become Golden. Scoring with a Golden symbol grows that symbol's value by its base value | For builds that keep scoring lemons. Applying Golden does not produce growth unless a winning pattern forms |
| Ace of Hearts | When 3 or more winning patterns trigger in one spin, fruit values grow by their base values | For lemons/cherries and multiple patterns. Simply producing fruit does not meet the requirement |
| Lucky Cat | When 3 or more winning patterns trigger in one spin, receive coins equal to your current interest | For builds that support both interest and multiple patterns. A small interest amount also means a small payout |
| CloverPet | Gain 1 Symbols Multiplier for every 5 tickets held | For ticket-saving builds. Spending tickets in the shop or on the phone also weakens this income source |
| Holy Bible | Converts an impending 666 into normal symbols, with a 50% chance of being discarded after activation | Protection against losing undeposited funds. It does not increase multipliers or provide permanent insurance |
Prices, all unlock requirements and current Japanese names are not provided as a fixed table. Always check the purchase screen for targets, duration and charges too.
3 directions to try first, and spending that breaks a build
This is not a recipe for consistently reproducing the strongest build. It explains how to connect effects you actually obtain and add missing roles as repayment amounts rise.
- Decide whether symbols, interest or tickets are the main source supporting your current payouts.
- Secure both effects that increase that resource and effects that convert it into score.
- Estimate the impact of reducing deposits or tickets through shopping too.
- When repayments become tight, favor effects that trigger within the current deadline instead of waiting for a finished build.
| Direction | Core combination | Why it may fail |
|---|---|---|
| Fruit growth | Use Lemon Picture to support appearances, and Golden Lemon or Ace of Hearts to grow values | Collecting appearance support alone without growing values or multipliers |
| Turn interest into payouts | Grow ATM interest and make multiple patterns to trigger Lucky Cat | Insufficient deposits, or failure to form the required number of patterns |
| Turn tickets into a multiplier | Earn and hold tickets to grow Symbols Multiplier with CloverPet | Spending them all in the shop or on the phone and losing the held amount supporting the multiplier |
Check the red button, charges and expiry time
Always-active effects, chance-based effects and red-button effects are different. For charms activated by the red button, check available charges and activate them for the spin or round when you want their effects.
Distinguish "this spin," "this round," "this repayment deadline" and "growth during the run." Counting a short effect as a permanent upgrade leads to incorrect payout estimates after it expires. If the button affects multiple charms, check all the effects that activated.
| Effect type | Check before use | Check after use |
|---|---|---|
| Activated with the red button | Charges, target and reason to press it now | Charges spent and effect applied |
| Triggered by chance or a condition | Required condition and target | Which charms actually triggered and their score |
| Temporary upgrade | Whether it lasts for a round or a repayment deadline | Values after that boundary passes |
| Continuing growth | Patterns or spending that trigger growth | Whether the target's value or multiplier increased |
