Your first goal: survive 1 repayment deadline without running out of funds
Under the ordinary basic rules, each repayment deadline gives you 3 rounds. A round contains several spins; this does not mean you can spin only 3 times. If conditions change, use the remaining counts shown on the ATM and slot machine.
Even if you can repay, spending everything on shop restocks can make the next round hard to start. Check the lever cost and keep the funds you need before depositing at the ATM and shopping.
- Read the debt, deposited amount, remaining rounds and interest at the ATM.
- Check this round's lever cost and the choice of spin count/ticket reward at the slot machine.
- Keep the cash you need and deposit surplus coins at the ATM.
- At the shop, choose charms that strengthen your existing effects, then check the display again at the next deadline.
Use each room device for the numbers you need to check
Do not keep looking only at the slot screen; return to the payout boards and the ATM managing repayment. After a large payout, reviewing which effect increased it helps you choose the next purchase.

Read according to what is causing trouble
Repayment, payout growth and progression unlocks are separate tasks. Avoid trying to finish an endgame build while you still cannot meet repayments.

Start with the base-game guide and keep DLC-only effects separate
The base game released on September 26, 2025. The free 1.4 update and paid Unholy Fusion DLC arrived in April 2026. Online leaderboards and the Surgery Machine used to fuse charms do not share the same access requirements.
This guide starts debt management and basic builds from ordinary base-game conditions. For runs changed by DLC fusion or Memory Cards, reread that screen's description first. Final escape steps and answers for secret endings are not included.
