Suggested opening order

Unreported quests remain on the Community Card. Once the photograph is ready, return to the original requester and confirm that you receive a stamp.

Complete the storm photograph and discover all four ships at Honk Tower to receive Honk.
Move the birds to progress the beach Photo Challenges, raft, factory and pirate-key quests.
Find five pieces of ocean garbage and collect the Diving Helmet, then photograph the underwater chest and animals.
Follow the chain from whistling at the fountain to the cassette on the pier, the quiet-beach performance and King Fish.
Wear the Pirate Hat once before trading it for the Paper Hat. Collect the frames as well.

Solutions for 16 quests and tasks

The English names identify entries you can match with the screen and card. Cross-region quest chains may require finishing a condition in another town before reporting back.

Suspicious Activity - Harbor	Arrival pier → park	Go down to the lower pier, photograph the person in the coat and submit the picture to the periscope in the park.
A Good Spot with No Sun	Plinth on the beach	Speak to the person in the shade. Photograph the Cosmic Cube at sea from the beach, then return to the same person.
Solve the Chaos	Storm at Honk Tower	Speak to the Honk Master below the tower, then climb it. Point the camera toward the eye symbol and show the storm photograph taken when lightning reveals it. Focus on the 4 ships on the rocks to discover them and receive Honk.
Photo Challenge #3	Photographer on the bridge	Submit pictures of the shy hippo on the beach, the ice cream on the ship reached after moving birds with Honk, and the beach sandcastle.
Supreme Deluxe Sandwich	Outside the factory → pirate bridge	Wear the glasses and speak to the ghost outside the factory. Use Honk on the birds at the bridge, then deliver the sandwich that appears.
Make Someone Take a Bath	Factory bridge	Use Honk to move the birds at the raft stop and reach the factory. Honk behind the worker at the edge of the bridge, then speak to that worker after they move into the river outside.
Power Shortage?!	Inside the factory	Speak to the worker at the large machine, then focus on the light above. Once it is bright, inspect the 5 faulty spots with the camera.
Photo Challenge #4	Photographer in the park	Photograph yourself in the farmer face cutout and submit it. Align the shot using either the reversed camera or Tripod.
Scorching Flame	Water's edge in the park	Wear Ghost Glasses, speak to the ghost and show a photograph of the sun. A picture of a flame is not the requested subject.
Ocean Garbage	Fishing tower	Speak to the person in the box and focus on 5 pieces of ocean garbage. Open the recovered treasure chest to obtain the Diving Helmet.
A Lost Dog	Pier → beach	Speak to the owner first. Pet the dog on the beach so it follows you, lead it back to the owner on the pier and speak to them.
Queen of Paper Hats	Pirate bridge → seabed	Wake the pirate with Honk and receive the key. Wear the Diving Helmet and use the beach diving entrance. Collect the Pirate Hat from the locked chest and trade it with the pirate. You can trade it back later.
A Whistling Dilemma	Fountain → pier	Photograph the whistling sailor's musical notes and show them to the snowman-like person on the pier to receive a cassette.
A Layered Melody	Quiet beach	Give the cassette from the previous quest to the beach musician. After the performance, focus on the bubbling water and photograph King Fish when it leaps.
The King of Fishes	Fountain	Bring the King Fish photograph back to the sailor. If you missed the shot, listen to the performance again and retry.
Frames and Filters!	House with the camera sign	Collect frames and filters inside. Take a picture using any one of them and show it to the person there.

Coverage and unverified points

The separate collectibles guide lists all 22 individual locations for Basto's 11 monkey balloons and 11 plants. Its numbers are our checklist IDs, not in-game numbers or a record of collection through gameplay.
The guide includes controls, targets and scoring for all three carnival games, Tato King's seven initial-board inputs and the complete crown sequence. Arbitrary mural states and actual inputs across all platform variations remain unverified.
The minimum stamps for all five bus routes—1, 7, 8, 9 and 6—have been checked against independent sources and listed. A complete list of filter names and gameplay testing of every platform's button layout remain unfinished.
For the clock tower, we distinguish reports of an ordinary clock-face photograph unlocking the achievement from reports targeting the device clock's on-the-hour event. We have not tested identical inputs on every platform and current version through gameplay.

Q1 Why can't I go underwater? ▼

Open the chest from the fishing tower's five-garbage quest and wear the Diving Helmet. Move the beach birds with Honk, then use the diving entrance beyond the pier.

Q2 What if I missed King Fish? ▼

After playing the cassette, focus on the bubbles to trigger the leap. Listen to the quiet-beach performance again, prepare the camera and retry.

Q3 Did trading away the Pirate Hat make Cosplayer missable? ▼

You can trade with the pirate again. Wear the Pirate Hat and Paper Hat in turn so both have been worn.
