Suggested opening order

Unreported quests remain on the Community Card. Once the photograph is ready, return to the original requester and confirm that you receive a stamp.

Use Honk at the bakery, obtain the Cinnamon Roll and photograph the lion's bird.
Photograph the Cube associated with the broken car to unlock the moving-car Photo Challenge.
Name and exhibit a photograph taken with the muddy camera, then clean the camera.
Use the newspaper's Reporter Hat to enter backstage, then change hats to help the designer.
Report the Photo Challenges, suspicious person, ghost and frisbee quests.

Solutions for 18 quests and tasks

The English names identify entries you can match with the screen and card. Cross-region quest chains may require finishing a condition in another town before reporting back.

Punk Rocker Bread Crumbs	Bench in the central square	Give the bakery's Cinnamon Roll to the lion. Photograph Punky Parrot for the compendium when it appears afterward.
A Thieving Crow	Beside the café → main street	Speak to the 2 frisbee players. Honk at the crow in the main-street tree, recover the dropped frisbee and return it.
Sewer Stumble!	Parking lot	Aim at the high window over the Photo Challenge requester to photograph the Cosmic Cube.
A Ghostly Date	Parking lot → quiet street	Wear Ghost Glasses, lead the ghost out and sit at the table for 2 under the tree in the next area.
Always Tumbled Granny	Quiet street	Climb to the top of the stairs near the broken car and photograph the distant Cosmic Cube. This also progresses the later car Photo Challenge.
Ratskullz Crew	Alley	Photograph the town's 5 graffiti pieces and show them to the 3 people in the alley. Keep the mud on the camera for the next quest as well.
Art Exhibition	Exhibition room by the parking lot	Take a photograph with the muddy camera. Name it in the album, inspect an empty frame and show it to the curator.
Cleaning Away the Stress	Bus stop	Ask the seated person to clean the muddy camera. If it gets muddy again later, wash it at the pump beside the clock tower.
Press-ing News	Newspaper office → fashion venue	Speak to the editor to obtain the Reporter Hat. Photograph the editor's moustache and the fashion show, then submit the 2 pictures at the newspaper office.
A Design Problem	Backstage at the show	Enter backstage using the Reporter Hat, then switch to a fashionable hat such as the Hotbean Hat before speaking to the designer. The Reporter Hat and Diving Helmet do not satisfy this requirement.
Spooky Scary City	Main street	Wear Ghost Glasses, speak to the ghost and show any photograph taken in Oaklaville.
Suspicious Activity - City	Main-street stairs	From below the stairs leading to the crow's tree, photograph the person in the coat behind the stairs. Later, report at Kiiruberg's military headquarters.
Photo Challenge #5	Town photographer	Photograph 5 creatures in 1 frame, Granny's car while it is moving and a skater sliding down a railing. Repair the car first. Birds in Stanhamn can supply the creatures.
Photo Challenge #6	Photographer in the parking lot	Photograph the driver confused by the parking ticket and submit the picture for the challenge.

Coverage and unverified points

The separate collectibles guide lists all 22 individual locations for Basto's 11 monkey balloons and 11 plants. Its numbers are our checklist IDs, not in-game numbers or a record of collection through gameplay.
The guide includes controls, targets and scoring for all three carnival games, Tato King's seven initial-board inputs and the complete crown sequence. Arbitrary mural states and actual inputs across all platform variations remain unverified.
The minimum stamps for all five bus routes—1, 7, 8, 9 and 6—have been checked against independent sources and listed. A complete list of filter names and gameplay testing of every platform's button layout remain unfinished.
For the clock tower, we distinguish reports of an ordinary clock-face photograph unlocking the achievement from reports targeting the device clock's on-the-hour event. We have not tested identical inputs on every platform and current version through gameplay.

Q2 What should I do with the muddy camera? ▼

First name a muddy photograph and progress the exhibition quest. Then ask the person at the bus stop to clean the camera. Later mud can be washed off at the pump beside the clock tower.
