Suggested opening order

Unreported quests remain on the Community Card. Once the photograph is ready, return to the original requester and confirm that you receive a stamp.

Receive Climbing Boots from the elderly man by the pond. Return with the snowball photo to receive the Puffer Hat.
Collect the Scarf at the bottom of the lift and Ski Goggles at the top, then wear all four warm clothing items.
Break the windy mountain's ice with Honk and progress the balloon family's and wizard's rescues.
Submit the town and middle mountain's photographs, observatory tasks and five paintings, then take the bus toward the summit.
On the summit route, photograph the sixth painting down the downward-leading rope. Photograph TOEM at the very top.
Make the final report to the researcher and take their close-up portrait. Report all six Cubes and photograph Cosmo Deer.

Solutions for 13 quests and tasks

The English names identify entries you can match with the screen and card. Cross-region quest chains may require finishing a condition in another town before reporting back.

Play Astronaut	Observatory	Wear the Space Helmet from the gift outside. Frame yourself together with Tato Alien and the suspended planet.
Locating the Asteroid	Observatory → town	Focus on the asteroid through the scientist's telescope. After it falls, photograph the impact site in town and report to the scientist.
Birthday in Distress	Entrance → windy mountain	Speak to the family with birthday balloons. Wear all 4 warm clothing items, break the large ice with Honk and lead the balloon from the mountain railing back to the family.
Listen to the Goat Choir	Pond / summit / middle mountain	Focus on the goats in high places in the 3 areas. Once all 3 gather at the frozen pond, sit on the bench and listen to the performance.
Photo Challenge #7	Photographer	Submit photographs of the moon viewed through the telescope, the dog-shaped balloon at the entrance's birthday party and a snowman.
Photo Challenge #8	Photographer on the middle mountain	Photograph a computer with rows of small lights at either the observatory or military headquarters.
Military Suspicions	Military headquarters in town	Complete the 3 Suspicious Activity quests for Forest, Harbor and City, then report to the captain. Check for photographs that have been taken but not yet submitted.
Ice Wizard's Research	Windy mountain → wizard's tower	Free the wizard from the ice with Honk. Photograph all 6 Cubes, including the Cube atop the tower, then report to him.
Assemble a Snowman	Long-limbed snowman in town	Use Honk to reveal the person inside. Bring back pictures of the wooden head at the summit and the body on the ski-hut bench.
Ancient Paintings	Researcher on the middle mountain	Show the 5 paintings from the pond, observatory, 2 middle-mountain locations and town. Then climb down the downward-leading rope on the summit route and bring back the 6th as well.

Coverage and unverified points

The separate collectibles guide lists all 22 individual locations for Basto's 11 monkey balloons and 11 plants. Its numbers are our checklist IDs, not in-game numbers or a record of collection through gameplay.
The guide includes controls, targets and scoring for all three carnival games, Tato King's seven initial-board inputs and the complete crown sequence. Arbitrary mural states and actual inputs across all platform variations remain unverified.
The minimum stamps for all five bus routes—1, 7, 8, 9 and 6—have been checked against independent sources and listed. A complete list of filter names and gameplay testing of every platform's button layout remain unfinished.
For the clock tower, we distinguish reports of an ordinary clock-face photograph unlocking the achievement from reports targeting the device clock's on-the-hour event. We have not tested identical inputs on every platform and current version through gameplay.
