The ending obtained by waiting at initial reception differs from the main route of going outside to do town errands. If you collect that achievement first, start a new main-route game afterward.
Reception and mowing
You make several circuits of town. Residents and objects change even at the same entrance, so check earlier conversations and detours before continuing. All instructions describe in-game actions.
