Do not treat optional animals as story bosses
Animals are wildlife-guide and rescue subjects. Do not turn Eagle, Fox or Lynx appearance requirements into combat tactics or HP values.
For the Lynx photography scene, advance the story rescue and check the parent and cub. They are not described as appearing around castle/woods as frequently as ordinary birds.
