Prince of Persia: The Lost Crown Amulets: 36 Launch Items, Combinations and Slot Upgrades

The 36 entries are the launch base-game collection. They do not combine Deluxe’s Prosperity Bird, the four June 2024 Divine Trials additions or Mask of Darkness equipment into the same total. Choose effects that fit your actions and capacity rather than an asserted strength ranking.

Updated: 2026/10/17

Amulets, costs and equipped capacity

Change equipment at a Wak-Wak Tree. Capacity begins at 3 slots and reaches 12 with nine Amulet Holders. One item can occupy several slots, so owned-item count differs from equipped-item count. Check the occupied slots for each item.

Purchase or upgrade prices in crystals or Xerxes are separate from occupied slots. Check acquisition, equipped status and upgrades in their respective screens.

Ten purpose-based loadout ideas

These are editorial options for comparison. They are not fixed completed sets that must all be equipped together: choose according to owned items and free slots. Multiplicative damage, speed records and reliability at every difficulty have not been measured.

GoalOptions to compareDecision and caution
Early survivalBlessing / Dragon KingCheck how extra health and lethal-hit protection refresh. Do not require an item you do not own.
Parry and counterShield of Mithra / Rukhsana’s GiftUse the bubble and healing after a successful parry; do not mash against unfamiliar attacks.
Movement in combatElusive Water / Turning WindPractice dodge controls and follow-up attacks before combining them.
Later fights and finaleDragon King / Will of RostamA survival safeguard and standard-attack support, rather than an ending-branch condition.
Brief attack windowsWill of Rostam / Void BladeUse short sword strings and check Void Blade’s refresh interval. This is not a measured speedrun build.
Survival on harder settingsBlessing / Dragon King / HardinessChoose separately for health, one-time protection and environmental damage. Simultaneous equipping is not guaranteed.
Using the bowArash’s Arrowhead / White PeacockCompare arrow damage and count; account for White Peacock’s reduced damage per arrow.
Building and using AthraAyyar Amulet / Gleaming Lion / Verethragna’s WrathAthra gained from attacks or parries differs from Surge damage.
Collection supportKing Jamshid / Ard’s FortuneDistinguish chest sounds from enemy crystal rewards. Neither guarantees optimal farming or automatic collection.
Handling groupsAgony Amulet / Chakram TempestExplosions from defeated enemies and attacks at the Chakram’s position; check their triggers first.

Six easily missed acquisition routes

RewardSteps and requirements
Shield of MithraTalk to Kaheva in the Haven. Recover the stone for Ancient Power Unearthed, return it and receive the reward.
Dragon KingStart The Moon Gatherer in Sacred Archives and check the initial reward. Visit a Wak-Wak Tree to refresh lethal-hit protection.
Gleaming LionBuy the Lost Key from the Scrapper in The Depths. Enter the additional elevator floor and inspect the chest inside.
ShockwaveAt the two-sun mechanism in The Depths, leave a Shadow at one symbol, then move your body to the other and check for the chest.
Ard’s FortuneRead the arrangement around the Sunken Harbor Mystery Chest. Aim toward the upper left to trigger it, defeat the hostile chest and collect the reward.
Indomitable SpiritFollow Motherly Love in The Depths. After the Undead Erlik sequence, finish the interaction with the quest giver and collect the reward.

Amulet Holders and planning capacity upgrades

Where to checkAcquisition check
MageCheck the Amulet Holder sold in the Haven; launch-reference price: 240 Time Crystals.
Lower CityDistinguish the chest from the reward for 15 Sand Jars in Prophecy of Mount Qaf.
Soma TreeA chest beyond a climbing sequence; check movement requirements and revisit.
Sunken Harbor / Pit of Eternal SandsChests in each region; revisit marked uncollected locations after gaining powers.
Sacred ArchivesCheck the ordinary chest and Mystery Chest separately; read the movement sequence around crushing hazards.
Upper CityCheck the Upper City chest too; all nine Holders give the initial 3 + 9 = 12 slots.

Added content: the real Memorials and Divine Trials

The free June 2024 update adds four Memorials through a special Haven door. Distinguish them from base-game collection. This page identifies entry conditions and reward names; solutions to all 22 trials are outside its scope.

NPC quests and secrets

The Architect’s black altars reveal chests when the appropriate surrounding puzzle is solved. Record them separately from Kaheva’s quest and the Moon Gatherer’s initial reward. Collecting every amulet is not made a requirement for the story ending.

Checking crystals, ore and hidden chests efficiently

  1. Choose a purchase or upgrade and distinguish Time Crystals, Xerxes and Azure Damascus Ore on its screen.
  2. Record inaccessible chests with the Eye of the Wanderer and group revisits after gaining powers.
  3. Ard’s Fortune helps enemy crystal drops; no unmeasured claim that one region is always fastest is made.
  4. Some optional difficult platforming routes reward Azure Damascus Ore for weapon upgrades. No guessed final currency or completion total is supplied.
FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Q1 What should I consider early? ▼
A

Start by reading Blessing and the items you can currently obtain. Capacity starts at 3, so do not assume a completed four-slot loadout that ignores occupied slots.

Q2 Which three items are strongest? ▼
A

There is no universal top three across different purposes. Compare actions and needs, such as Shield of Mithra for parries or Will of Rostam for standard sword attacks.

Q3 How do I obtain hidden amulets? ▼
A

The six examples here are real quest, key and Mystery Chest rewards. Read their steps and regions, then revisit with the required powers.

Q4 How should I increase equipment capacity? ▼
A

Check the Mage’s stock and Amulet Holders in accessible regions. All nine give 12 slots in total; distinguish purchase prices from capacity.
