Energy Breaker(Super Famicom)
🐉 Break enemy commanders with debuffs and blockers
Bosses can quickly overwhelm you with repeated attacks and wide-area techniques. Weakening them before attacking is more reliable than a direct damage exchange. The common approach—lower stats with Poison Drop or scrolls and block attacks with Garibaa or terrain—is applied to representative opponents here. Approximate recommended levels and each enemy's vulnerabilities let you plan difficult fights.
Energy Breaker — what should I check first in Difficult stages and boss strategies?
The underground factory's SS System uses a laser across the three squares directly in front and single-target missiles, while reinforcements arrive as turns pass. Stand in the black-and-yellow striped map-edge zones to avoid its laser. Spread left and right and defeat the guarding Spar Bits first. The Limits battle in Sareki no Tou ends through an event after reducing Lp to a threshold or waiting enough turns. Block with Garibaa and repeatedly use Omega Smash to push Limits toward the time machine and safely buy time. Both fights depend on limiting hits to preserve Bal.
| Phase | Objective | Checklist |
|---|---|---|
| Early game | Establish party roles |
|
| Midgame | Optimize movement for each chapter's victory conditions |
|
| Late game | Reduce mishaps on difficult maps |
|
1. Enemy reinforcements overwhelm you
Cause: Your starting formation is too aggressive
Solution: Pull your defensive line back and prioritize reinforcements
2. You can damage the boss, but ordinary enemies break your formation
Cause: Area attacks and healing are not cycling fast enough
Solution: Have support act earlier and add 1 character with area attacks
3. Late-game damage is insufficient
Cause: Development resources are spread too thinly
Solution: Concentrate resources on your main 4 characters and prioritize their equipment upgrades

- ▸ Avoid the SS System laser in the striped zones and defeat its Spar Bit guards first
- ▸ Give fragile Doroshii a Protective Ring and prepare Elby for healing
- ▸ Block Limits's path with Garibaa and push Limits into a safe position
- ▸ Aim for around level twenty for SS System and a similar level for Sareki no Tou
Unarefu in Ryuusui Kaikyuu summons several ordinary enemies immediately and uses powerful wide-area attacks. For a quick fight, weaken Unarefu with Poison Drop or items, then deplete Lp rapidly. Kanderu in the Golden Palace has exceptionally high Con defense, making normal attacks almost ineffective; lowering attributes before attacking is essential. Staa does not participate in this battle, limiting Poison Drop users, so equipping scrolls beforehand improves reliability.
- ▸ Unarefu's summons and area attacks are dangerous. Debuff and aim for a quick defeat
- ▸ Kanderu has extremely high Con, making damage difficult without debuffs
- ▸ Prepare for Staa's absence by distributing Poison Scrolls across several characters
- ▸ Both fights have a recommended level in the mid-forties. Bring plenty of healing and Bal-restoring items
Oriares in Mugen Seiin consists of four forward enemies, one lower part blocking the passage, and the red main body above. The narrow map makes attacks hard to avoid. First clear surrounding enemies with Attack and Shot, then quickly approach and break the lower part using Tornado or Omega Smash. The main body's attributes are all high, and approaching triggers an area attack that absorbs Lp. Weaken it with Poison Drop or scrolls before concentrating everyone's attacks. Buff allies with Tsuyonaaru V and Katanaaru V beforehand to gain the advantage in damage exchanges.
- ▸ The red upper section is the main body. Clear the four forward enemies and one lower part first to open the route
- ▸ The main body's area attack absorbs Lp. Always weaken it before attacking together
- ▸ Use Tsuyonaaru V and Katanaaru V at battle start to improve offense and defense
- ▸ Recommended level: fifty or higher. Maintain endurance with ample healing items and scrolls
