1. You no longer know where to go or what to do next

Cause: Progression hints are embedded abstractly in dialogue and scenery, and skipping them loses clues

Solution: Review recent events and dialogue, then systematically check people you have not spoken to, unexamined targets, and symbolic objects you have not interacted with

2. A puzzle or conversation goes nowhere and you keep circling the same place

Cause: Some elements are invisible or unresponsive from the current personality's viewpoint, creating a mismatch with its state

Solution: Identify the current personality; if it has changed, revisit the same place or person from the different viewpoint

3. Combat or difficult sections drain you too heavily to continue

Cause: Healing or equipment upgrades have been postponed, or you are relying on brute force rather than personality traits

Solution: Check healing options and equipment before proceeding, then adjust your tactics to the situation and make use of personality traits
