💡 Planning ingredient collection
Opening: a shallow-water collection route
Suggested depth:5–10 m (route estimate, unverified)

Explore shallow coral areas and match each catch to its actual tool. Barehanded clownfish capture, netting crabs and a yield of 10–15 ingredients per dive are unverified. Plan around oxygen, cargo and current recipes.

Midgame: Medium Depths route
Suggested depth:Medium 50–130m

Improve suit and oxygen through iDiver before exploring Medium Depths. Tuna and marlin support several dishes. Check species-specific times rather than assuming every octopus is night-only.

Night trips: crustaceans and jellyfish
Suggested depth:15–25 m (route estimate, unverified)

Check each nocturnal creature’s tools and conditions. A fixed 180-gold lobster price, mandatory net and one capture rule for all jellyfish remain unverified. Avoid contact damage and compare available live-capture tools.

Later: deeper-water collection
Suggested depth:30–50 m (shallows; not a verified deep-water route)

Giant Squid is a boss, not a repeatable 500-gold catch. Plan later collection around each species’ region and tool. Use the listed Bug Net for small creatures such as seahorses rather than assuming barehanded capture.
