BALL x PIT Base Guide — Resources, Blueprints, and Building Placement

Distinguish between released/basic strategy/Naturalist additional elements · Updated 2026-10-12

The layout of the city is a puzzle of where to pass the ball and what to advance. If you don't have enough resources, make sure the ball can reach the current task before adding more buildings.

View blueprints, required resources, and work progress in order

When choosing a building, check both the character or run benefits it unlocks and the resources needed to build it. Finding a blueprint does not mean construction is complete.

  1. Choose a building that unlocks something you want to use.
  2. Check each type of resource shortage.
  3. Create an arrangement where the ball hits resource recovery and construction work.
  4. Check your progress and unlocked content before proceeding to the next building.

If resources do not increase, reconsider your route.

Hit the ball where you need it to harvest or build. Simply scattering buildings widely does not necessarily increase the number of hits to the target task.

Check what is unlocked for automated work and character rerolls

Depending on the development of the town, you can use a mechanism to delegate tasks to standby characters. Also, the Guild Hall added in Shadow is a building related to the re-drawing of character reinforcement. Please do not remember normal resource collection and character enhancement adjustment as the same operation.

This does not list every building cost or every unlock condition for automated work. It is an early-game guide to checking each building's description before choosing.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Q1 Can I use a character as soon as I pick up a blueprint? ▼
A

Check blueprint acquisition separately from building completion. Look at the desired character's unlock requirements and construction progress.

Q2 Is it okay to arrange buildings freely? ▼
A

You can place them, but the ease of progress will depend on the resources you need and whether the ball reaches the building.
