💡 Key guide points

🗺️ Stage Progression and Victory Conditions

Always read the opening objective and determine whether the stage requires headquarters capture or something else. Capture stages require preserving infantry capable of occupying bases; without infantry for the final push, you can become stuck. Napoleon's defeat is a loss condition in every stage. Avoid overextending or exposing him to enemy artillery.

⚔️ Using Commands, SP, and Morale

Encouragement and rally-type orders spend SP, which gradually returns while left unused. Rather than constantly emptying it, alternate saving and spending around changes in battle. Turning back enemy pressure or launching a decisive assault offers strong returns. Avoid entering a chaotic melee with depleted SP and no recovery options.

🐎 Infantry, Cavalry, Artillery, and Army Composition

Infantry has low combat strength but is cheap and uniquely able to capture bases, making numbers essential. Cavalry has mobility and health, quickly closing on slower artillery or infantry. Artillery provides high ranged damage but moves slowly and collapses under close attack. Use frontliners to hold enemies, cavalry to flank, and artillery to wear them down from behind.
