Mizzurna Falls Guides
A real-time, time-limited detective adventure in which you freely explore a snowy, fully polygonal small town to investigate a classmate's disappearance. Residents move on their own schedules as time passes, and you connect clues through interviews, following people, and examining locations. Fighting and car chases also appear as minigame-like sequences. It has been reassessed in later years as an open-world-style work that preceded Silent Hill and Shenmue.
English translation of the existing Japanese guide. Japanese-release names and mechanics are retained; this is not a new gameplay verification or a claim of complete coverage.

📋 Planning an investigation around time
Rather than following a fixed route, you decide where to investigate next using information from interviews. Time really passes in the town and people follow their own schedules, so keeping that cycle in mind helps you find your way. Repeatedly gather information, organize it, and decide the next action.

The defining feature is that town time really advances and residents move according to their daily schedules. Someone you want to meet is not always in the same place; location and behavior change with the time of day. Keeping track of who is where and when underpins the entire investigation.

Statements from people are the most frequently obtained clues. Merely hearing them makes details easy to forget, so remember who said what and when. Comparing statements helps reveal the direction of the investigation.
