Find gaps on the egg shelves before revisiting
Collected eggs appear in the egg room. They sit on five shelves, rather than an 8×8 HUD. Compare gaps on the shelves with your room-exploration records to avoid repeatedly searching locations where you already collected an egg.

The shelves hold 10 + 12 + 14 + 14 + 14 = 64 eggs. Do not assume a horizontal shelf position directly corresponds to a horizontal map coordinate. Compare it with room mechanisms and tools.
Unlock more tools first
Check the egg-room doors as you collect eggs. The 8-egg milestone leads to the Animal Flute, and the 32-egg milestone to the Spinning Top. Return to recorded rooms when you gain more ways to move or dig.
- After collecting an egg, update your shelf gaps and current count.
- At 8 eggs, check the corresponding egg-room door and collect the Animal Flute.
- At 32 eggs, check the Spinning Top door to gain another way to investigate floors and soil.
- At 64 eggs, check the final door that opens in the egg room. Treat this progression separately from finding regular rabbits.
Sort blocked rooms into four types

Instead of repeating the same action in one room, record the mechanism and explore another unvisited area. Decide which rooms to revisit when you gain more tools.
UV helps you read clues
Some murals and messages can be read with UV, but egg collection also involves movement, switches and digging. Lacking UV alone is no reason to postpone a visible route or a room you can solve with your current tools.
We did not find evidence supporting a numerical share of eggs that require UV. Choose tools according to the action blocking you in that room, rather than a percentage estimate.
