IMAS evaluates the team across fifteen ranks. It separately considers member awards, developed-route distance, operation success rate and proportion of successful members, required days, average waste, average surplus, and cumulative casualties. The highest rank, Phoenix, is said to demand such precision that even weather-related bad luck can prevent it. Accumulated everyday decisions directly influence the final evaluation.
